1 Pick Your Color Palette
This Fashion Week season, monochrome looks were spotted at every corner from Aimee in Sies Marjan, to Lucy Chadwick, to Karlie Kloss in Ralph Lauren, and Eva Chen in Max Mara. Needless to say, FW'19 fashion trends will consist of a lot of monochrome and tie dye, but you don't need to wait until then to rock this look.
One of the first things to do in creating your perfect monochrome look is defining your color palette. Since Valentine's Day was vastly approaching, I of course chose a pink/red and complimented it with a deep shade of magenta. Adding variations of a color within the same gradient in your look, keeps things interesting!
For this look, although not intentionally, I wore two different earrings. The back of each pair of the earrings coincidentally broke at the same time which left me no choice but to pull of what could have been a total fail but it somehow worked out.
Accessories bring together your look! Layer it up or keep it simple, either way you play it, it will compliment whatever you're wearing.
