Over the past few months I've had the privilege to work with and currently continuing working with Rent the Runway. If you aren't familiar with them, I'm about to let you in! RTR is bridging the gap between designers and fashion lovers, and here's how:

Rent the Runway houses designers such as Zadig et Voltaire, Proenza Schouler, Tibi, Solace London, MSGM  to name a few, and their service allows you to order the designer items you desire, wear them as often as you'd like, and when you're ready to switch up your wardrobe simply ship back the items and you can choose new ones. If you fall in love with the clothing or handbags-like I have a couple of times- you've ordered, you can also purchase it at almost 30 to 40 % off retail price!

RTR offers 3 rental options, my favorite being their Unlimited plan! You get 4 items, and can swap them out as many times as you'd like per month, and it is addicting! They're also offer complimentary 2-Day Shipping and if there's anything I love as much as chai(I have about 2 to 4 a day) it has to be free 2 day shipping!! What more could one possibly ask for?!

Pursuit of Style & Personal

Finances have a Balance

When I started blogging I knew my love was always in Runway fashion and that was the content I wanted to put out! But with Runway fashion comes high price tags, and spending $700 on a skirt or blouse did not seem practical! That is why I love RTR, it's the solution for anyone who finds themselves in a place where their pursuit and love for designer fashion and personal finances haven't always had a balance but now they can.

I personally want to thank Rent the Runway for inviting me to be a part of this journey with them, it's been an amazing experience!

RTR sounds really amazing! I’m also into Runaway fashion, but it’s so impractical when it comes to money. Thank you sharing this beautiful blog post.

These pieces look great on you! I love the concept. I came across RTR when they first started 10 years ago in 2009, when I lived in Canada and they didn’t have any operations there. Due to insurance, they’re still US-based but there have been many renting businesses since then which is nice and a year or two after they started a Canadian based version. I love the concept and agree that most people don’t have the means to buy an expensive top to wear for just one or two season.

Thank you so much Miki! The renting business has grown tremendously over the years and it’s amazing that RTR started a Canadian version! They recently acquired $1B in funding so I’m sure they’ll be expanding their operations even more! xx
