I fell in love with Boston from the very first time I stopped here due to a layover on my way to NYC for Fashion Week. Maybe it was the coffee at George Powell cafe or the seafood at Legal Seafood on Long Wharf or the yachts and the cobblestones, but somewhere in between my heart and soul were captivated. It was my first solo trip, and I was a nervous wreck. Climactically, I managed to pull it together enough to enjoy my time here. But I digress because today's post is not about my reminiscent stories of Boston.
I've created a round up of the most chic skirts that are more than suiting for fall. They could also quite possibly be worn well into the winter season, if you're brave enough to sacrifice warmth and comfort for #Fashun -lowkey me!- .
Out With the Mini,
In With the Midi
The temperatures have dropped from 90s/80s to the 60s/50s, and that officially means the mini skirts get a break.
I personally don't own a lot of mini skirts, just a few here and there, but midi skirts on the other hand are my thing. Midi skirts are almost always very flattering, hugging/cinching you in all the right places.
Structure in All
The Right Places
From my observations, fall trends tends to come with structure, from coats to blazers to skirts. With skirt's you'll see more pleats, plissé's, slits, and other detailing of such. What is your most chic must-have item for fall?
