"As long as you're constantly refining yourself and your craft, you're on the right path"
It's midnight and per usual I'm up reading and destroying/creating (depending on how you look at it) content. In the midst of my playing around with an Adobe application, I learned a whole new aspect of digital creation that wow'd me! That is when the lightbulb in my head went off about my next post which is this current post, bye bye writer's block!
I've been lurking in this "sunken place"(not like Kanye sunken but I was pretty deep in there) for so long, I had lost sight of the reality that my dreams were unfolding right in front of me. The timing was just right, something to draw out the light from within that's been marred by the darkness of unfortunate circumstances.
In front of me lie two paths; Carpe diem, or fall back into the routine of beating myself up over everything that wasn't right. So for a moment, I closed my eyes, and did everything I would have otherwise said no to. Wearing pieces from an Atelier in Paris that was once in my dream but is now a reality.

I often have to remind myself to show up for my dreams the same way I would show up to my job. This reminder is what drives me to learn more, do more, get out of my comfort zone more, because in the end it all pays off. I don't know about you, but in 5 years, I don't want to be waking up to go to a job that I have absolutely no enthusiasm in going to. I also don't want to be wishing that I should have pursued other interests that I had at the moment.
